I’ve finally got my website postings up-to-date with the pieces I’ve been working on this Fall!
I’ve posted the last series that I’ll be working on for awhile – Copper Windows.
Detail of the "Ancient View"
This is my favorite of the two that I’ve done so far. It was the first one I did, and it got me off on the copper and transfer series.
It started when a fractal I’d made began to fascinate me and suggested fossils to me. The original fractal had a transparent background. I’ve put a white background behind it so that you can see it below.
Fractals are usually my inspiration and become an integral part of the composition.
